Our 3300 sq. ft. facility is equipped with a fully padded training floor which is covered

with Olympic style "ZEBRA MATS" for your safety.

Enjoy watching classes in our COMFORTABLE lobby area or read a newspaper on the lobby couch.

Children and teens can take advantage of there down time constructively by

doing their homework in our STUDY ROOM.

Parents and family members can inquire about our WORKOUT AREA, equipped with commercial grade

 elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, flat panel TV screen, and free weights.  

This is a great opportunity to get in shape while waiting for your child's classes to finish

or if you are a student wanting to enhance your training performance.
