Tiny Tigers & Little Dragons

Our Tiny Tigers / Lil' Dragons program is specifically designed for children ages 4 - 7 yrs. old. The classes are highly-motivated, safe, and loads of fun.
The main focus of this program is "CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT." Here at Iron Circle Karate we understand that building Confidence through positive reinforcement and learning how to Respect yourself, others, & the environment are the first steps to in creating a strong foundation.
Youth

Nothing takes away a child's self-confidence more than being the 'last one picked' or 'sitting on the bench'.
Our Martial Arts classes for ages 8 - 10 yrs. are designed to to instill the
"Yes I Can!" attitude by instilling Self-Confidence
through positive reinforcement. We stress Concentration and
Focus, so that your children can focus on the important factors of life such as school work and creativity.
Leadership Skills such as Integrity,
Perseverance, Humility and Respect are taught to build a strong foundation and most importantly Discipline and
Self-Control to 'follow through' and attain the goals which they have set.

TEENS

Our Teenage program consists of students which are of the ages 11 - 14 yrs. old. These students will be challenged both mentally and physically which will build the
Confidence to say 'NO' to unhealthy peer pressure.
Students strive to better themselves in a positive manner and avoid anything that can reduce their mental growth or physical health. They work to develop
Self-Discipline in order to bring out the best in themselves and others.
At Iron Circle Karate 'Attitude' is everything, and our attitude is represented through
BLACK BELT EXCELLENCE!!! Black Belt Excellence is to attainment of these characteristics and then have them become part of our persona at all times, no matter where we are (school, home, or with friends, not only at the "karate studio"), as well as having a strong body and the ability to protect ourselves.
Adult Karate

The targeted age group for Adults is 15 yrs. and above. This program is for anyone who wants fitness, flexibility, and the ability to defend themselves.
These courses introduce the student to both the mental and physical aspects of the Martial Arts. Not only will we get you in shape, teach you practical self-defense in a safe environment, but through your training of the ancient philosophy of Martial Arts, you will reduce your stress, strengthen your mind and develop your spirit.
This Traditional Karate program; includes aspects of training such as sparring, self-defense takedowns, weapons, and mixed martial arts training; as well as the martial art's history and philosophy.
